Upon registration, athletes will be contacted to discuss being in one of the following three "flights."FLIGHT 1: 8am - 9:30amFLIGHT 2: 9:45am - 11:15amFLIGHT 3: 11:30am - 1:00pmEach flight will work their way through 3 attempts at a 1RM Back Squat, 3 attempts at a 1RM Bench Press, and 3 attempts at a 1RM Deadlift.This event is for ALL LEVELS and we encourage anyone seeking a fun and unique challenge to sign up!
