Powerlifting Max Out

Upon registration, athletes will be contacted to discuss being in one of the following three "flights."
FLIGHT 1: 8am - 9:30am
FLIGHT 2: 9:45am - 11:15am
FLIGHT 3: 11:30am - 1:00pm
Each flight will work their way through 3 attempts at a 1RM Back Squat, 3 attempts at a 1RM Bench Press, and 3 attempts at a 1RM Deadlift.
This event is for ALL LEVELS and we encourage anyone seeking a fun and unique challenge to sign up!
